I’ll guide you through the entire process
My main focus on your wedding day is making sure your photos represent you and your love for your partner. I'll do everything I can to help you create a day that feels uniquely you. Together we will plan out your timeline to create a smooth wedding say you always imagined!

You're FINALLY engaged. Congratulations! Planning your wedding is going to be so fun and I want to hear all about your vision for the day. I'd love to talk to you, and the first place to start is by going to my contact page and filling out that form. This will allow you to make a first point of contact and get the process started.
After you reach out using the contact form, I'll contact you within 48 hours to with initial information and find a time that works for us to have a phone or video call or even meet up for coffee or drinks! This consultation will be a great time for you and your fiancé to ask questions and tell me about your wedding day. We'll also talk about pricing and options, and talk through what you're looking for in your photos.
Book your date!
So at this point, we've discussed options, created a rough outline of a schedule and talked through your questions and concerns. Once you've chosen the best option for you and you're ready to book, I'll send you a contract to sign along with a payment schedule with your deposit due at the signing of the contract. Once that's taken care of, you officially have a wedding photographer for your wedding day!
Average Wedding Walkthrough...
Leading up to your wedding day, we'll keep in close contact throughout the planning process, making sure to check in and help you with any questions, concerns, and any recommendations when you need it.
A couple months before your wedding, we'll meet up or chat on the phone about your wedding day. This will be where we create a schedule for the day and go over your wedding day details! Then we will touch base a few weeks from your wedding to go over last minute details and chnages!

HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE GET?
It definitely varies from each package
that I offer and how the day
goes. For small shoots and engagements/
adventure sessions it will be
around 100+, and for weddings it’s
between 600-800+. Just know that
I promise to give you your memories
captured in all of the best ways
possible in your final gallery.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT THE GALLERY?
The final gallery can be expected
within 6 weeks from the wedding
DO YOU HELP BUILD THE TIMELINE?
YES. I THRIVE in the planning process.
I never knew I loved doing this
until I started shooting weddings!
I also create your custom
timeline so we can ensure we have
enough time for those sunset photos
and your first look i desired!
The photos are yours! You have all the printing, posting, and sharing rights to the photos you receive in you gallery!
CAN WE ADD ON HOURS?
You can add on hours! Ideally we’d
appreciate the hours being added
a week before the date, but we
also accept adding hours on the
day of as well. Additional hours are
charged at $95/ hour and must be paid before final images are shared.
CAN ANYONE ELSE TAKE PHOTOS?
I’d absolutely love if you looked into
having an “unplugged” ceremony. I
totally get that Uncle Bob and Aunt
Sharron both have super nice cameras
and LOVE to take photos at
every family event, however if I am
worrying about someone shooting
behind me or over my shoulder, I
won’t be giving YOU my full attention.
You can let your family members
know that they’ll have access
to the gallery once I send it to you,
and they are more than welcome to
download any of the photos I take.
